职位要求

1.具有1年以上大型门户网站设计经验；能够熟练阅读英文文档。

较强的美术功底与审美能力，以及设计理念；对web前端视觉设计有独到的见解和认识，熟悉国内外大型社区类型门户网站，游戏网站，儿童门户网站的风格构成和用户体验，能够把握网站各模块之间的风格设计。具有一定的美术功底及优秀的构思能力。

2.专科以上学历，美术、广告、视觉传达等相关设计专业；
工作责任心强，具备团队合作精神，有良好的沟通协作能力。

3.精通phtoshop，Dreamweaver，fireworks ,Illustrator,等网页制作软件，能够独立完成网站的整体效果设计，并输出成网页格式

4.能够熟练运用html,css+div制作静态网页

5.熟悉javascript，jQuery，ajax，（能熟练运用以上语言者甚佳）

6.能看懂xml，php等语言（能用其中一种WEB编程语言优先考虑)。

7.具有一定的团队合作精神，能够在指定的时间内完成既定的工作任务。

8.面试请附带作品。
