职位描述
工作职责：
1、 强制游戏规则并肃立一个良好的游戏形象.
2、必须对本公司的产品与服务具有全面的了解,能够信心满满的回应复客户的询问.
3、监控和协调客户支持渠道并且在短时间内满足客户的要求.这些渠道如游戏进行时, BBS, Facebook, 通讯工具或电子邮件.
4、试玩和测试即将推出的游戏或应用程序,审核游戏的内容与可玩性.
5、积极地探讨和测试游戏的毛病,顾客的投诉与建议.和其它部门的同事交流合作来提升公司产品和各种活动的素质
6、协助公司的一些翻译事物.
基本要求：
1、对网上游戏有一定的热诚并对游戏行业有着绝对的信心。
2、必须具备中英文的书写能力以及和蔼可亲，乐于助人的性格。
3、 精通Microsoft office(Word, Excel), 以及其它的网上平台如 BBS (bulletin boards), 社交网络服务 (特别是 Facebook.com), 通讯工具 (QQ, MSN).
4、打字的速度不能低于每分钟60字，对游戏的专业用语和技术方面的基本知识如寻找游戏缺陷，解决电脑问题等都有相关的了解。
5、对各种游戏如社交游戏, 休闲游戏和MMORPGs有一定的认识.
6、承诺提供有趣和谐的游戏体验以及优越的服务给我们广大的游戏用户与客户.
7、 公司实行轮班制,必须保持健康的体魄.
8、积极地对本公司的产品与服务不断地精益求精.
9、拥有客服/游戏协调经验 和了解Facebook.com 平台为佳.
