岗位职责：
1.前瞻性预测玩具市场流行趋势，结合公司动漫人物形象和场景，设计出适合公司定位和特色的玩具产品效果图，并能合理控制产品的成本在要求范围内.
2.能根据公司创意团队提出的创意、构思和所描述的要求设计出玩具效果图，并能合理控制产品的成本在要求范围内.
3.完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.玩具设计、美术设计、工艺品设计等相关专业毕业，在玩具产业具备玩具设计的实践经验至少一年以上，玩具结构设计经验丰富者优先.
2. 有过玩具行业玩具设计的丰富经验，能够独立承担或带领团队完成设计工作.
3.有较强的理解及沟通能力，能够阐述自己的设计思路，同时迅速、准确地领会设计要求.
4.了解工艺品的发展趋势，具有较强的时尚市场敏感度，可独立完成产品开发、设计工作，具有很强的创造能力和创新欲望
5.有良好的团队协作精神，工作认真负责

其它要求（外语、软件等）：
能熟练操作熟练绘图软件，如Illustrator，Photoshop，CorelDraw，3ds MAX/Maya，CAD,Microsoft Office 等，会3D建模
