岗位职责：

1、负责公司的业务拓展、销售运作，开拓新市场，发展新客户，拓展销售渠道；

2、设置销售目标，制定营销计划，完成销售指标；

3、建立和管理销售队伍，规范销售流程，完成销售目标；

4、对销售团队进行业务培训及销售指导；

任职要求：

1、市场营销相关专业，大专以上学历

2、5年以上知名快速消费品或耐用消费品同等岗位工作经验，玩具行业优先

3、熟悉各种推广和促销活动并善于运用

4、善于处理客情关系，熟悉商超、批发、零售渠道并擅长开发和维护

5、善于了解行业和竞品动态，善于整理和分析各项数据

6、有较强的经销商开发和管理经验

7、具有良好的团队合作精神，敬业精神

8、坦诚自信，乐观进取，高度的工作热情

9、喜爱玩具和动画，勤奋、踏实、忠诚、上进

10、能够接受经常出差
