Responsibilities：

1、At least 3 year game experience, familiar with PVP & RPG game is preferred.

2、2 year work experience, has certain experience in designing progression/rewards/leveling/ranking/system.

拥有2年左右工作经验，有较好数值与系统策划工作基础经验

3、previously worked on 1-2 published game titles.

有过一到两款成功上线的产品工作经验

Requirements:

5、Interested and knowledgeable in hard-core and Player vs Player games, interested and familiar with popular F2P web games

6、Understanding of game balance, in-game economy, virtual goods and user motivations

了解游戏平衡，游戏内经济，虚拟物品及用户动机

7、Ability to work well in a team environment

善于团队协作

8、Familiar with Microsoft Office software

熟悉Microsoft Office办公软件

9、Experience with designing player progression systems, xp/lvl, ranking, item upgrades, etc.

有过设计玩家升级系统，xp/lvl, 排行榜, 道具升级等经验

10、Basic written and spoken English skills
