岗位职责：
1、强制游戏规则并肃立一个良好的游戏形象.
2、必须对本公司的产品与服务具有全面的了解,能够信心满满的回应复客户的询问.
3、监控这个团队和协调客户支持渠道并且在短时间内满足客户的要求.
4、试玩和测试即将推出的游戏或应用程序,审核游戏的内容与可玩性.
5、积极地探讨和测试游戏的毛病,顾客的投诉与建议.和其它部门的同事交流合作来提升公司产品和各种活动的素质
6、协助公司的一些翻译事物.
7、创造性的策划和执行网上活动,并在以壮大和维持网上社区的前提下为公司带来盈利.
8、直接向运营总监进行汇报. 负责确保团队顺利达成短期和长期的目标.

任职要求：

1、在MMO 游戏中有3-5年的客服与游戏协调经验.

2、对网上游戏有一定的热诚并对游戏行业有着绝对的信心

3、对各种游戏如社交游戏, 休闲游戏和MMORPGs有一定的认识和经验.

4、英文的书写能力方面必须是中上水平,能够很有效率的概述和传达重点.能说一口流利的英语为佳.

5、精通Microsoft office(Word, Excel), 以及其它的网上平台如 BBS (bulletin boards), 社交网络服务 (特别是 Facebook.com)

6、打字的速度不能低于每分钟80字，对游戏的专业用语和技术方面的基本知识如寻找游戏缺陷，解决电脑问题等都有相关的了解。

7、积极地对本公司的产品与服务不断地精益求精.

8、工作于上海市,宝山区

9、申请者必须至少具备一张专业文凭,证书/短期课程证书等.

10、具备领到才能,能够训练好新员工,确保工作顺利完成

11、熟悉Facebook.com 平台,具备网页分析技巧为佳

12、3 - 5 年的游戏协调经验, 能有效率的执行和策划网上活动.

Roles & Responsibilities：
1、Ensure in-game rules are enforced and portray a positive role in it.
2、Acquire inside out knowledge of our products & services to confidently respond to the customer needs in PC, server or in-game troubleshooting.
3、Monitor and fairly moderate the team on all customer support channels and provide timely responses to customer concerns.
4、Play and test pre-release games and patches to verify their in-game functionality, content and playability.
5、Actively investigate & test for bugs, complaints and suggestions. Communicate and cooperate with other departments to improve product design and events.
6、Ensure that the timely translation and testing of terms of Chinese to English games and vice versa is met.
7、Creatively plan & execute dynamic online events to engage and foster community interest and growth, while considering revenue generation.
8、Report directly to the Operations Director and be responsible in ensuring both short and long term milestones laid out , are met objectively by the team.
Analyze consumer behaviors & habits, to provide sound suggestions and improvements to the overall experience as well as the monetization of our key products.


Job Requirements：
1、3 – 5 years prior experience in a CS/GM role for an MMO game.
2、Have a passion for online games and visualizes a bright future in the gaming industry. Understand games and have rich experience in MMOs as well as other online games.
3、Written English level should be fair to good, able to summarize and communicate key points efficiently. Good spoken English is a plus.
4、Proficient with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel), as well as online resources such as BBS (bulletin boards), social networking sites (specifically Facebook.com)?
5、Typing speed of at least 80 words per minute, familiar with in-game terminologies and possess technical knowledge in detecting Bugs, PC Trouble Shooting etc.
6、Be Pro-active in the continual betterment of our product and services.
7、Able to commute & work in ChangNing district, Shanghai.
8、Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field.
9、Able to take up a leadership role and train new staff, ensuring tasks are met.
10、Familiarity with the Facebook.com platform and skilled at web analytics will be greatly considered
11、3 - 5 years GM or online game moderator role experience, able to plan and execute effective in-game events.
