岗位职责：

1、 协助总裁组织召开各类会议，包括会议筹划、组织安排、会议通知、会议记录、会议后的任务跟进反馈等；

2、协助总裁起草各类通知公告和商务文件，并及时传达种总裁的指示和任务安排；

3、协助总裁对公司运作与各职能部门进行管理、协调内部各部门关系；

4、负责协助副总裁处理日常工作事务；

5、协助处理好公司内部工作和外部客户关系，接待重要客户来访、对外联系、联络等；

6、协助进行公司项目的推进，跟进重点工作的进展情况，并及时向总裁汇报及反馈；

7、负责参与商务洽谈、项目跟进、商务餐宴等各类活动。

8、负责公司知识产权的维护、申请等事宜；

9、配合完成上级交代的其他事项。

任职要求：

1、工商管理、行政管理、企业管理、人力资源等相关专业本科以上学历；

2、具有三年以上总裁工作经验；

3、具有较强的协调、沟通能力以及很强的计划和执行力；

4、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正；

5、有较强的文字表达能力，熟练使用办公软件；

6、有较强的英文写作、口语、阅读能力；

7、有IT或网游行业工作经验优先。

8、具有良好的职业素养，形象气质佳。
