职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责整理产品需求，定制产品架构，完成详细的产品需求文档；
2、分析公司现有产品功能，跟踪行业同类竞争产品的最新发展趋势，做出详细的分析报告；
3、协调产品内部与其他部门之间的合作关系，推动项目进展；
4、策划产品的更新内容或线上、线下活动，包括：活动的制定与实施，官网宣传文章的内容及活动的策划、实施等；
5、对产品数据进行科学分析，寻求各种应用方式以促进产品的在线人数与销售，延长产品的生命周期；
6、不定期地向开发部门提供产品后续内容的更新意见；
7、制定公司游戏产品和周边产品的开发计划；任职要求：
1、三年以上从事网络游戏产品运营经验；
2、较强的逻辑思维与系统分析能力，良好的数据分析能力能积极思考行业动态变化及新事物，有效挖掘提炼形成新的产品概念；
3、了解互联网产品开发基本流程，熟悉用户研究、可用性研究以及交互设计相关知识；
4、有前瞻思维、可系统管理产品相关各项目进度，带领团队高质量地完成公司所制定的任务
5、工作认真负责，态度端正，很好的沟通和协调能力，富有团队合作精神；想象力丰富，有激情；
6、主动提出自己的观点和意见，能够使用文字与言语流畅地表达自身思想。
7、具备高度激情，充满想象力和创造力，热爱游戏事业，勇于接受挑战；
