职位描述



1. Purpose of the Job 岗位目的


To take leadership of sales performance monitoring and analysis in SH;
To improve the quality of commercial planning and budgeting in SH;
To strengthen the process control of commercial spending in SH

2. Accountabilities 主要工作职责

-develop annual commercial budget (Volume, NNS, sales package)
--develop new market expansion plan;
-monitor the business performance including both results and means and analyze sales performance (Dashboard tracking and CPR)
-develop market intelligence database (competition activity);
- POC Buy-Out management;
-regional sales package tracking (allocate sales package by region by activity by month, and sales package visibility)
-deployment of commercial policy and WCCP pricing question;
-coordinate with sales and supply as a regional demand planner;

3. Qualifications and Technical competencies required 岗位所需的资质和技术能力要求




Education 教育背景:
Bachelor degree or above,major in Mathematics / Computer / Physics is preferred

Experience 工作经验:
Data analysis experiences in FMCG

Technical competencies: (Job related) 技术能力(岗位相关的)

Be good at establishing mathematics model to solve problem

Strong knowledge on SQL and excellent VBA skills

Having a good command of C language will be an added advantage
