We are seeking an outstanding JAVA developer to work with our Scrum Master and Systems Analysts in our Application Development Services division. This developer will be required to determine business requirements, prepare technical design documentation and build new software by leveraging both legacy code bases and recently developed software. The successful candidate will work conscientiously and professionally to find and correct errors in application systems, and will rigorously test programs to gauge their efficiency.
This position provides ample opportunities to gain key development knowledge, insight and experience, by working within a smart, talented and committed team of professionals. The successful applicant will be continuously mentored, and encouraged to grow and develop as the company grows!

1. 有2年以上Java EE经验
2. 至少熟悉一个Java EE应用服务器（如WebLogic, Resin, JBoss, Tomcat）
3. 熟练使用Netbeans或Eclipse等开发工具；
4. 熟练使用数据库，如MySQL，SQL Server，Oracle等RDMS数据库。或非关系型数据库。
5. 了解Web应用程序开发，并理解基本的协议和组件（比如HTTP）
6. 熟悉流行的开源框架，比如Spring，Hibernate
7. 有版本控制系统使用经验，比如SVN，GIT
8. 熟练掌握软件开发的流程
9. 追求卓越，精益求精
10. 良好的自我管理和组织能力
11. 良好的中英文口语及书面沟通能力
12. 自我激励，积极进取
13. 良好的分析和解决问题的能力
优先考虑满足以下条件者：
14. 有Windows和/或Mac OS桌面应用程序开发经验
15. 了解云计算
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1.Good work experience (2+ year) in programming with JEE technologies.
2.Experience with at least one JEE Application Server Environment (e.g., WebLogic, Resin, JBoss, Tomcat)，
3 Experience with using Netbeans or Eclipse developing tool/IDE;
4.Database development experience (develop applications connecting to those Databases) using MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle or other RDMS or no relational database.
5. Good understanding of web development and the components/protocols involved (HTTP, for example)
6.Be familiar with popular framework such as Spring, Hibernate.
7. Experience with using a version control system.
8. A clear understanding of software development processes
9. A commitment to excellence
10. Strong organizational skills
11. Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
12. Motivation and self-direction
13. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred candidates will also have some of the following:
14. Experience with Windows and/or Mac OS desktop application development
15. Knowledge of cloud computing
