Working allocation percentage of resource
Yuyao(余姚) 30%(since now)
CiCheng(慈城) 30%(since now)
Cixi(慈溪) 30%(since June)
宁波市区 10%(not now, time can’t be fixed now)
Core Accountabilities:
1. Conduct pre-audits on potential suppliers to determine compliance with Hilti Process Management System policies and guidelines. Work closely w/ SEM to develop potential supplier to Hilti expected quality level.
2. Study manufacturing process and quality control plan of supplier for key components, conduct process assurance audit to support on mass production release.
3. Conduct routine supplier audits and workshops with existing suppliers to detect improvement potentials and discuss quality and technical issues to support suppliers on quality improvements.
4. Provide detailed analytical support and recommendations on how to achieve objectives on quality controlling and qualification of supplier.
5. Lead and dedicate CIPs on supplier and incoming quality platic team.
6. Support on Hilti TTM process, cooperate w/ sourcing and development on sample inspections.
7. Incoming inspection plan and implementation, inspection technology application and method standardizing.
8. Defect analysis and reporting, support SEM on annual suppliers evaluation, drive on the improvement on PPM.
9. Conduct Hilti internal process audits and workplace audits.
10. Coach and guide team members to achieve the team targets and Trainings on responsible technologies to the team, Manage and review PMP and individual development discussion for team members.
11. Work according to Hilti philosophy – Team Work, Continuous Improvement, etc.
12. Work on any other duties and projects assigned by the direct superior.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
1. University graduate in (Mechanical or Electrical is preferred) engineering or equivalent
2. Min. 5 years of experience in quality roles in an industrial environment
3. Experience in quality process audit is a basic prerequisite and preferably has auditor license
4. Experience in inspection and measuring area and preferably w/ 3D machine, projector operation experience
5. Familiar w/ quality & environmental standard and quality analysis tools, such as SPC, FMEA etc.
6. Good understanding of Chinese/Asian plastic and rubber industrial standards
7. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
8. Superior PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows Applications
