Kuehne + Nagel aims to identify and deliver service solutions which result in the achievement of the company's financial plans through customer satisfaction. The Sales and Marketing teams provide direction and service support to the Business Units and Business Fields to enable them to fulfil their strategies.




Job Description

• To be the Development and Excellence owner for the designated key accounts


• To manage customer relationship and customer information,serving as main communication channel between the customer and the company


• To build strong opportunity pipeline of key customers in each vertical located in C&N China


• To evaluate and adapt new strategies to keep up with business trends in each vertical


• To work closely together with field sales on high potential local Chinese customers in each vertical


• To handle the claims/operations escalation issues in close co-operation with local operation departments and excellence manager/executive


• To work closely with the excellence manager/executive for the outstanding payment collection where the accounting team request for joint action


• To conduct the service review meeting on regular basis to collect customer feedback and retain the cooperation with customers


• The main duties and responsibilities are described as above but not limited to,in order to reach customer's satisfaction and company's strategy

Requirements to Candidates

• College graduates or above


• Over 12 years experience in int'l forwarding company.Working experience in similar role will be referred.Good at sales development


• Be good at MS software


• Excellent Enlish in oral & spoken


• Presentable and independent with good interpersonal skill


• Strong sense of responsibility,self-motivated with positive working attitude


• Sales orientated and attentive to details
