Purpose

• As the contact window to customer to handle daily operation & complains,cooperate with carrier and operation team, improve transportation quality.

Job Description

• Daily order processing
• Shipment's tracking,make and send the track & trace report to customer every working day as per SOP; communicate with operator or carrier for daily issues
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries,establish/maintain close relationship with customers
• Handle and resolve all customer complaints, investigate the root cause and submit corrective action report(CAR)to customer
• Handle request of quotation from customer and collect cost from carrier
• Collect POD and file as per customer's requirement
• Doing monthly billing report and comfirm with both customer and carrier
• Make the monthly KPI report
• Hold the monthly KPI review meeting with customer and carrier
• Perform related duties as assigned by DW

Requirements

• College Above
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in 3PL
• Good communication skill,basic skills in computer
• Good commanding of English in reading and writing.Good oral English
