Job Duties:

1. Handles the customer complain through immediate feedbacks, efficient customer interface and provides necessary reports to cusomters base on identified cycle time and customer expectations;

2. Collaborates closely with people from related departments to address any customer feedback and keeps track on all action identified actions and provides customer the evidence/s of closure;

3. Works and communicates with customer to gathering all informations necessary to effectively work on and resolve any customer feedbacks;

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree of science and engineering;

2. Good English communication skill in oral and writing;

3. Above 3 year work experience in semiconductor assembly quality assurance or engineering department
