1. Management of Order to Cash process

--Adapt EU order to cash process into China and set up the new process across the Chinese Bus in line with the launch of ERP system

--Manage enquiry process and ensure the on time and efficient offer to field sales

-- Ensure order entry and processing process with efficient order confirmation

-- Ensure credit approval process

--Ensure order fulfillment and communicate with the quality, production and supply chain department for the purpose

-- Ensure on time shipment with logistics

-- Support account receivable collection and payment process

-- Manage Customer Complains and engage internal stakeholders to resolve those issues

-- Manage all sales tools regarding ERP, Enquiry list, Order book, etc. ;
2. Management of Import & Export coordination (10%)
-- Support the design and implementation of Import & Export process

-- Support the selection of the import and export agency and supervise operational workflow
-- Ensure all import &export related documents and certificate up to date

-- Liaison and lead the external import & export agency in fulfilling the above activities

3. ERP and reporting (20%)
-- Support the set-up and optimization of the ERP system

-- Maintain all sales information into the system;
-- Prepares necessary daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting by retrieving info from ERP

-- Provide training for key users on ERP system

4. Other activities (20%)
-- Support external sales field activity when necessary
-- Identifies training needs and schedules time for learning & development for CSR;

-- Support marketing with reports, analysis and event organization;

-- Maintain key customer communication;

-- Support customer visit to the company;
-- Cross departmental issue coordination;

-- Team management

-- Interface to Global CSR and S&OP communication

1. Bachlor degree or above with a major in business administration;
2. Eight years of customer service/sales admin. /import & export experience with three years in management position in EU/US MNCs;
3. Familiar with Microsoft office software and Lotus Notes email system; strong in data analysis and reporting and strong in Oracle System operation
4. Strong communication, organization and coordination skill;

5. Open in personality and synergy player

6. Work with high customer orientation

7. Proficiency in oral and written English, German preferred
