职位描述
本公司诚聘采购工程师一名,工作内容及要求如下：
Participate in project implementations, new product introductions, re-sourcing projects, etc. and take necessary steps to ensure proper planning, procurement and management of product. Review and clarify accuracy of specifications coming from either directly form the clients or from the General Manager
-Maintains and controls a well organized filing system for all information and documentation
-Review supplier base against project specifications and undertake various activities to develop and recommend a short list of suppliers for regular review by/with the superior, (e.g. conduct market surveys/benchmark reviews, contact suppliers to determine capability/capacity to meet new requirements, liaise with industry contacts).
-Conduct a comprehensive technical review (from raw materials to finished products) of potential supplier’s total and ongoing capability to deliver products according to the specifications in a timely manner.
-Approve release of suppliers and undertake supplier contract administration activities. Survey and monitor developments in raw materials market and new technologies
-Ensure the clients Sourcing needs with high quality and competitive price on the products and handling of the Projects
机械专业毕业，具有3年以上产品（民用金属零配件为主）采购经验，同时懂得一定金属产品加工、冲压技术, 熟悉塑料件注塑（零件及模具），铝压铸和浇铸（零件及模具），冲压件/粉末冶金件/机加工五金件等常规加工工艺，以及其检验;具有一定的出口欧美地区的贸易公司外贸出口经验：
1. 维护与当前供应商的关系，并不断开发新供应商，以满足公司业务发展的进一步需求
2. 根据产品规格检阅供应商基地并进而推荐供应商，经比较后挑选最佳。与供应商联系并决定其是否有能力达到产品标准。供应商的审核及表现评估
3. 与供应商协商价格以满足欧洲客户的成本控制战略；保证客户采购的产品和项目在有高质量的同时，也有价格优势。
4. 参与项目实施，新产品介绍，采购服务，采购项目等，并且保证产品计划，采购，管理逐步实施。对客户和总经理处所获得的规格进行审核和分类
5. 对产品（从原材料到成品，批量生产）进行全面技术检查，及时从供应商处获取样品并比较其产品质量优劣。
6. 物流管理，产品订单的付款，交货期，及技术跟踪；保存整理所有信息并且对文件进行归档
7. 组织并管理团队进行供应商和产品质量控制
8. 工作认真努力负责。 有成熟的沟通能力，能承受一定的工作压力
9. 身体健康，能经常出差
10. 英语听说写流利。
