Sales Manager - HVAC & Doors

Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of Exhibition and HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses on Shanghai. Now we are looking for a Sales Manager for Transportation Device in Shanghai, to ensure and develop business on the Chinese market, permanently improving revenue figures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build a strong relationship network with main actors in our business in order to get as early as possible the highest accuracy of informations on the market evolutions.
2. Monitor our receivables situation and “Overdues” in particular, fight to receive payments from all our customers with the highest level of energy.
3. Ensure the link with all main customers trying to answer as close as possible to their requirements, assist them with our knowledge and competence.
4. Ensure the best communication with all related departments (including collaboration between our 2 product lines, HVAC and Doors) to reach as a team the common target which is to satisfy our customers.
5. Be pro-active, trying as best to anticipate problems and market evolutions.
6. Prepare commercial offers and manage the preparation of all tender documents together with design office. Defend our offers in front of customers, conduct negotiations on prices and terms & conditions.
7. Build and maintain up to date useful informations such as market share, market analysis, past references etc.
8. Spread our company’s name and competence all over the market; lobby the main networks and carbuilders.

Qualifications:

1. Business background with at least 3 years experience in industry.
2. Bachelor degree with mechanical – electronic background (experience in engineering is better).
3. Good skill in communication, organization and competence for solving problems.
4. Willing to work hard and endure the job pressure.
5. With character of honesty and dare to take responsibility.
6. Team work spirit
