Warehouse Manager

Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses on Shanghai. Based on our proficiency in technical skills and rich experience, we are now looking for a Warehouse Manager for Manufacturing industry in Shanghai. The role will report to the Supply Chain Director and have a team of 30 - 40 ppl to manage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead plant production planning arrangement and execution to meet commercial demand with plant capacity utilization fully and reasonable inventory control.
• Lead plant monthly planning review meeting and weekly production planning meeting.
• Set up effective and excellent communication and cooperation with ALOG, China Supply Chain, Sales and MKT teams.
• Be responsible for plant long term, middle term and short term capacity analysis vs. business demand to drive plant operation arrangement optimized and middle-long term plan development.
• Communicate and cooperate with ALOG/China Supply Chain team to work out valid forecast and suitable production plan based on marketing needs, sales forecast and inventory situation.
• Be responsible for factory middle and long term production capacity vs. demand analysis and solution driving with relevant teams to meet company and plant business strategy target.
• Lead planning team to work out the production planning in MRP system in order to optimize the production capacity , minimize production idle time, keep a proper inventory and ensure material planning flow.
• Effectively guide and monitor production plan implementation status, analyze and solve any issue proactively.
• Lead planning team to establish plant planning process,cultivate proper and effective planning methdology and environment in department and plant, train and develop team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years in production planning, demand planning or supply planning experience
• Fluent English skills on Listenting, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
• People management experience prefered. SAP or other ERP system experience prefered. Comply with the personnel health requirements for national food safety regulation
