Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor / ME Supervisor/ IE Supervisor

Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for a ME Supervisor for Transportation Device- HVAC & Doors in Shanghai. The position will directly report to the Industrial Manager (Native English Speaker) and have a team of Mechanical, Electrical and Packing to manage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation of the Lean manufacturing

2. Supervise Manufacturing engineer team (mechanical/ Electrical and Packing).

3. Designing, installing and commissioning production jigs/ equipments,

4. Monitoring modifications, upgrades in line with the company standard or specified regulation, and troubleshooting existing production processes.

5. Preparing production work flow diagrams/ charts/ instruction

6. Coordination with Design department for new product manufacturing.

7. Lead and participate in the prototype assembly

8. Other assignments from manager

Experience Required:

• At least 3 years working experience, as well as 2 years experience in assembly process.
• Proven Experience in Lean activity implementation
• Experience and knowledge of PPAP will be a plus.
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to read and draft engineering drawing (hand draw and/or AutoCAD)
• Fluent in both written and oral English, CET 6 or equivalent
• Proficiency in excel, word.
• Capability of problem solving and analysis
