Customer Quality Engineer, CQE

Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer for Transportation Device - HAVC & Doors in Shanghai.

Key Responsbilities:

• Cooperate with installation site to handle Non-conformity parts and collect and analysis site NCR data.
• Technical support to process quality control;
• Properly handle customer complaints and returns;
• Failure analysis, define containment and effective preventive action against customer complaints and returns;
• Organize monthly continuous quality improvement meeting for major customers;
• On-time NCR issuance and on-time Quality report delivery;
• Continuous improvement for customer quality and COPQ reduction;
• Reduce customers return ppm and NCR% to acceptable level;
• Monitor customer NCR and internal NCR completion status and close them in time.

Work Experience Requirements:

• 3 years plus experience of quality control in manufacturing field;
• Exposure in customer quality management is a plus;
• Familiar with Quality Management System such as ISO9001 and quality tools.
• Bachelor degree majored in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering;
• Fluent in oral and written English, master in office system.
