Production Director/Senior Production Manager

Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for a Production Director / Senior Production Manager for Cosmetics, Beauty Product in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and developing manufactory strategic business objectives in accordance with company strategies.
• Develop manufacturing budget, production plan, capital expenditure proposal and responsible for performing all operations within adherence to the fiscal year budget and business plan.
• Direct and oversee production and maintenance. Manage and develop subordinates, including assigning, monitoring,coaching, conducting performance appraisal and providing training etc. Assure a culture of GMP compliance and meet Global Sanitation standards.
• Leadership responsibility for quality improvement and management, cost reduction, productivity and process improvements, maintenance and equipment management, customer satisfaction strategically and tactically.
• Responsible for SHE in plant (Safety, Health, Environment). Responsible for maintaining Regulatory Relationships and compliance.
• Promote and maintain the company culture, accountability and continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above, with major in Mechanical Engineering,Chemical would be a plus.
• Good Command of English and Communicaiton Skills.
• At least 10 years working experience related to Chemical/ FMCG/ Cosmetics Industry, 8 yrs + management experience.
• Leadership,decision making, self-motivation, coaching to improvement to hit the target. Creative and open-minded, rational thinking and co-operate, make clear & simplify and problem solving.
