M3 ERP Project Leader - Supply Chain

Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for a M3 ERP Project Leader - Supply Chain for Transportation HVAC & Door Products in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The industrial group based in Europe (with more than 5400p and 950 M? turnover), is deploying a central ERP in all its affiliates over the world.

2. For this project, we are looking for a M3 consultant leader in Supply Chain (Planification, Production, Purchasing, Logistic) to integrate our internal team of M3 consultants.

3. He(she) will work inside the HQ IT Department under the responsibility of M3 Project Manager. He(she) will be in charge of the M3 international deployment with close collaboration with the Operational Directions of the group.

4. The missions are the finalization of the Core Solution and its deployment in all the group sites:

• Define, write and operate standard business case in order to validate the solution
• Specify interfaces, specific programs, BI reports & indicators.
• Write standard user manual and operational procedures in English.
• Perform initial training of key users
• Evaluate capability of key users autonomy in daily tasks
• Help data migration to validate local implementation and achieve business targets
• Provide support to the Key users during project and after GO LIVE
• Ensure the link with the editor (LAWSON) for incidents follow-up
• Research continuously for operational solutions in case of new business cases in order to improve the Core Solution

Key Requirements:

- Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes (MRP, Production, Purchasing, Logistic)

- Minimum of experience on M3: 3 years or more

- Experience of international projects is an advantage

- Minimum of IT skills: Knowledge of M3 data base & SQL queries, office tools

- English spoken and written

- Communication and pedagogical skills
