Regional Supply Chain Director- FMCG/Food & Beverage

Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for an Regional Supply Chain Director for FMCG industry based in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership to the Logistics, planning, and Commercial Supply Chain functions of China Business Units;
2. Work with company's Joint Venture partners and Distributors to develop effective logistics systems and work processes.
3. Set up and integrate Supply Chain function
4. Developing strategic and operational plans for the Supply Chain function
5. Maintaining the highest standard of business ethics
6. Evaluate procurement associated costs, delivery times, and locally specific product regulations to assure optimum solutions for cost and service
7. Encompass production planning / scheduling, order fulfillment, B2B & B2C customer service, logistics, multiple warehouses, inventory control, delivery performance


Preferred candidates:
1. 7 to 10 years total business experience in Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceuticals or Consumer Products Industry; 5 to 8 years relevant business sector experience with extensive knowledge of Supply Chain management.
2. Demonstrated strong leadership, with ability to influencing across organizations to deliver breakthrough results.
3. Ability to lead "end-to-end" Supply chain. Proven record of developing breakthrough vision and engaging others, both within Supply Chain and across multiple functions, to deliver that vision.
4. Can clearly interact, interface and work effectively with Commercial and Supply Chain organizations.
5. Ability to work with high degree of independence and manage multiple priorities.
6. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, including ability to interface effectively at VP/GM level. Ability to work with high degree of independence and manage multiple priorities.
