We are looking for an Project Manager to join an fasting growing European company, Their products used in Automotive , Rail Way Transportation industries. You will report to Project Director directly.

？ The Project Manager will combines technical knowledge with sales skills to effect the satisfaction of the customer/prospect. The emphasis of the work and technical knowledge shall parallel the need to competently sell and support the project and/or service offered. He is a decision maker when needed;
？ Support during the Tendering stage;
？ Respect QCD and Increase efficiency respecting existing approved processes;
？ Customer focus: Ensure excellent customer relationship at the project management level. Support the Site Manager (SM) and System Technical Manager (STM) who are in charge in front of the customer when difficulties;
？ Decrease our engineering costs by challenging and assisting our CoCs in properly structuring and narrowing our proposals and associated engineering;
？ Develop and manage dedicated action plans with project team to meet growth and profitability;
？ Promote repeat orders relevant to the project;
？ Manage a regular risk analysis;
？ Control customer claim


You need to have

？ Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related.
？ Has the ability to lead and drive the project.
？ Strong communication, negotiations, interpersonal skills.
？ able to work independently as well as an team member.
？ Excellent English skills in English
