Ingredient Buyer - FMCG/ Cosmetics/ Fine Chemical industry preferred- 植物提取物 采购
Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for a Ingredient Buyer for Cosmetics Products in Shanghai.

The role will directly report to the Purchasing Manager, downtown based.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage ingredients daily price and solve supply issues, improve critical ingredients supply assurance, Lead 2nd source ingredient qualification work.
2. New Ingredient Sourcing :
Control price change, negotiation and make analysis for price change justification per commercial assessment.
3. Urgent Case Solving
4. Supplier Performance Management
5. 2nd source project- Localization Project.
6. Purchasing Cost Analysis

Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with chemical, formulation, business admin or related.
2. Good command of English with excellent negotiation communication skills.
3. At least 2 years buying/ sourcing working experience within FMCG/ Cosmetics / Fine Chemical would be a plus.
