职位描述
We are now looking for a Plant Manager for a world leading Food Additive Company in Shanghai. He/She who have overseas working experience would be a plus.
Key Requirements:
1. Develop and implement processes to assure human responsibility, safety and environmental compliance.
2. Foster and develop positive culture, inspire people to achieve company targets.
3. Establish and implement business plan and strategy for factory.
4. Overall managing of the plant operations including production, HSE, quality, supply chain, maintenance etc.
5. Responsible for plant safety measures, production efficiency, fulfillment of sales orders and delivery of quality products to meet the customers' expectations ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
6. Strong understanding of environmental rules and regulations. Continually improve safety, environment and health record.
Key Responsibilities:
1. More than 15 years working experience in the western invested chemical plant and more than 5 years progressive operation management experience , including production, maintenance, quality, EHS etc.
2, Planning abilities and excellent analytical an problem solving skills are essential.
3. Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational.
4. Proficient in leading, training, and facilitating teams
5. Good communication and leadership skills, result oriented and proactive.
6. Excellent English oral/written communication skills.
