Looking for an Assistant to Director of Operations (运营总监助理) based in Shanghai. The role will directly report to the Operation Director.
Overview:概述
The Assistant to Director of Operations will assist Director of Operations to be tasked with working across all areas of the Operations team developing, implementing and reviewing standard operating procedures. Standardizing event and non-event day operational procedures by adopting international arena best practices whilst at the same time adapting them to the operating principles present in China.

In addition establishing comprehensive performance measures for all external contractors will be a key role as will assisting with procedures related to venue safety protocols. In consultation with all Operation’s department Managers and the Director of Operations develop a robust command center reporting and operational planning process.

Responsibilities: 岗位职责:
? Assist the Director of Operations to monitor all venue operations during event and non-event days within Mercedes Benz Arena, including but not limit to retail, F&B, engineering, housekeeping, security and parking, make sure to provide strong support to other departments as required.在活动日和非活动日协助运营总监监督所有梅赛德斯-奔驰文化中心运营事项,包括但不限于商业,餐饮,工程,保洁,安保和停车场运营,确保根据其他部门要求提供有力的运营支持。
? The operations team member appointed as Safety Committee Sectary. 代表运营团队成员作为安全委员会成员之一。
? Review operating procedures with the aim driving greater efficiencies and to make recommendations to the Director of Operations for implementation.为更好的提高效率,不断审核运营流程,并向运营总监提供建议进行实施。
? Work cooperatively within the operation team on all construction, renovation and equipment changes and/or purchases.与运营部内的其他部门合作,协调施工,改造,设备改进或采购工作。
? Managing the execution of projects assigned by Director of Operations, Deputy GM Operations and General Manager responsible for project quality, delivery and cost control measures.按运营总监,副总经理(运营)及总经理的要求,管理项目的实施,负责项目质量,工期以及成本控制措施。
? Implement clear command center operation planning and reporting guidelines.执行清晰的指挥中心运营规划和报告体系。
? Monitor the completion of projects/tasks assigned by the management team.监督管理层要求的项目完工情况
? Monitor the implementation of standard operating procedures and industry best practices within the operation teams and other teams from time to time as may be required.根据要求不时监督运营团队的标准运营流程以及行业最佳实践标准的执行情况。
? Assist operation team managers in administrating and reviewing external contracts, setting of key performance indicators for contractors and measuring that performance periodically. On the basis of each performance measurement period to provide recommendations to management on how to further develop the services on offer协助运营团队经理管理和审核外包合同,建立主要评估指标并定期进行评估。根据定期评估情况,提交管理层如何进一步提高外包团队服务质量的建议。
Qualifications:岗位要求
? Have the knowledge of functions, operations and equipment of a multipurpose sports and entertainment facility.具有一定的体育和娱乐场馆营运和设备操作知识
? Know safety practices and all applicable safety standards for public facilities. 了解适用的公共设施安全标准及安全守则
? To obtain strong knowledge and management skill on Engineering Side.对工程方面有丰富的工作实践经验及管理能力。
? Able to plan, coordinate and supervise the operational activities with Directors, Managers and staff. 能够与总监、经理及员工一起规划、协调以及监督所有运营事项的进行
? Able to record, communicate and function as a assistant in the facility. 能够作为总监助理记录并即时反馈信息
? Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, supervisors, subordinates, arena tenants and the public. 能够与各部门经理、主管,下属,客户和公众建立并维持有效的工作关系。
Education and Experience:教育和经验
? Bachelor and above degree本科及以上学历
? Fluent in English(listening, speaking, reading and writing)英文听、说、读、写流利
? Be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs (such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint). Have excellent typing (minimum of 60 WPM) and general office skills. 熟练运用电脑办公软件(如Word, Excel, Outlook, 和 Powerpoint),打字速度快(到少每分钟60字)及使用其他办公设备的能力
? Have friendly and outgoing demeanor with good interpersonal and communication skills. 有良好的沟通及交际能力
? Can work on holidays or day-off day. 能在节假日加班
? Preferably have more than two years of experience in sports and entertainment venue management. 最好具有2年以上体育及娱乐场馆管理经验
