职位描述
Major Duties:
I. Strategic purchasing in Asia Sourcing Center
a) Manage and execute strategic sourcing and supply management activities for global category/categories, which are sourced from Asia.
b) Develop and update the sourcing strategy for Asia sourcing with the aim to support the development of global category/categories strategy for the group.
c) Prepare supplier matrix for each product and assure that selected/current suppliers are financially sound, dependable and have acceptable quality. Determine best opportunities for cost savings.
d) Check and analysis of supply markets for major material groups.
e) Use supplier rating tools and supplier development concept for identification, auditing and qualification of new suppliers in Asia in cooperation with strategic purchasing in Headquarter and quality organization.
f) Ensure that identified Asia suppliers match with requirements.
g) Managing and developing existing suppliers in Asia region by implementation of frame contracts, negotiation of price and supplier audits together with QA Engineer regarding quality, cost, delivery and service.
h) Co-operate closely with strategic purchasing department in headquarter, Business Units to ensure that Asia sourcing objectives are achieved through competitive and strategic sourcing activities.
i) Implement regular exchange with relevant operational purchasing managers at worldwide plant to assure information transfer and support of operation where appropriate.
II. Compliance Guidelines
j) Ensure that the IMSU (safety and environmental protection) regulations are obeyed and executed in your organization.
k) Ensure that corporate guidelines (Corporate regulations, Global Purchasing Guidelines, Compliance rules) are obeyed and executed in the organization and at third parties.
Job Requirements:
Education: BS Degree in Engineering or other related field. MBA Preferred.
Experience: Above 5 years of working experience in multi-national company as purchase/logistic/sourcing manager, experience in industry component is preferred.
Additional Skills: Project Management, Languages: Good command of English and Chinese, German is a strong plus; intercultural skills, cross functional communication skills, networking skills
