Quality Assistant Manager
Job Description
-Leading QA&Tecnician team
-Lead and develop the Quality Assurance System in China
-Provide quality guideline to all QA
-Provide technical advices to Technicians
-Monitor productions closely and provide technical support when need to ensure quality meets specifications and that there is no quality claim.
-Together with Quality team in France establish product quality requirements
-Ensure the test and sample procedures according to HO’s orientation
-Receive the claims related to quality problems and propose solutions for immediate correction or improvement.
-Evaluate and measure all new suppliers and recommend separation when failed to improve.
-Create inspection schedules for QA team
-Inspect materials, accessories, parts, components and products for color, measurements, labels and overall quality
-Work with merchandisers and factories to solve production and quality problems
-Investigate reasons for product rejection
-Control factory quality and QA procedures to meet brand's requirements
-Control inspection company
-Make judgment on acceptance and rejection of marginal quality cases
Requirements
-University degree in Textile Science or equivalent educational background
-Minimum 10 years experience from quality assurance with at least 3 years in management level
-Solid experience from factory auditing and inspections
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong communicating skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Accurate, structured and analytical
- Independent, drifty and enterprising
- Focused and goal oriented
- High level of integrity.
- Willing to travel and be flexible.
-Good command of English in both written and oral.
