Senior Data Analyst

Reporting to: Global Head


Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Data collect, maintain, organize and analyze
- Working closely with both Technology, Product, Sales&Market and Consulting teams.
- Perform process identification, mapping, data capture, and procedural documentation.
- The incumbent will play a key roles of the team and able to take initiative in ensuring that our solutions meet the business needs.
- Typically, the incumbent will be working as part of a multi-skilled team including project management, strategic, technical and creative design personnel looking at all aspects of the solution.

Requirements:

- Experience of Data Mining, Data Warehousing and Data Analysis;
- Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics;
The skills are likely to include some or all of:
- At least 8 years working experience with 5+ years experience in data analysis, dimensional modelling;
- Structured Analysis and Problem Solving
- Requirements Analysis and Process Modelling Change Management Appreciation
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Strong Oral and Written Presentation Skills
- Understanding of the Capabilities of Software Development to Deliver Business Solutions
- Technical knowledge or software development experience will be an added advantage

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:
- Business Intelligence
- Software Development business technology based solutions
- Led/participated in wide variety of customized data projects including survey, matching, de-duplication etc.
