Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Responsibility for the smooth running of the reception desk.
2. Meet and Greet of visitors.
3. Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
4. Organising Couriers.
5. Office management, stationary and food ordering.
6. Other administration and office related tasks.

Requirements:
1. College degree above.
2. At least 1 year previous experience with working for a Multi-national company.
3. Good oral and written English.
4. Good communication skills in a cross-cultural environment.
5. Service oriented attitude.
6. Experience with using MS office and the Internet.

We provide shuttle bus service to pick our employees up between metro station and our office.
