This Position is for CNH China and will be located in PuDong Waigaoqiao(浦东外高桥)

Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority:
1.Assist to prepare regular management reporting packages, quarterly and annual reports in accordance with set guidelines and procedures
2.Prepare performance analysis on regular reports including Balanced Score Card or other related financial and non-financial information for operation and management team's business decision
3.Provide sales budget forecast upon the supporting from sales department, analyze the deviation including price, quantity and mix effect
4.Prepare monthly budget follow-up reports including SG&A, fixed assets, etc to management team and internal customers
5.Closely work with business department to understand their spending and therefore to better allocate and control resources.
6.Assist to prepare caplex investment planning and rolling forecast at China level
7.Participate in annual budget cycle, rolling forecasting and periodical re-forecasting of budget.
8.Assist on or co-ordinate for various finance-oriented projects

Job Requirements and qualifications:
1.Bachelor of Economics or Accounting
2.HFM and Financials Consolidation Rules knowledge
3.SAP and Business Intelligence tools knowledge
4.Ability to work in matrix system and operate well within a Team years’ experience in manufacture companies
5.Solid English skill
6.Organized, priority driven

CNHi is also present in China’s construction equipment industry primarily through the distribution of Case Construction Equipment excavators, backhoe loaders, skid steer loaders and other equipment. Case is market leader in the backhoe and skid steer loader segments.
CNHi’s Trucks &Commercial vehicles business has three joint ventures with SAIC: a JV in Nanjing and one in Chongqing that manufacture a fully localized range of light, medium and heavy range of industrial and commercial vehicles. One more JV is present in Chongqing, with FPT Industrial, that produces heavy vehicle engine range.
