DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports sales and marketing team to increase market share by well organized field demos to the customers, dealers.
• Plans and organizes field demos held by the company and supports the demos held by dealers.
• Implements market activities, including new product launch, exhibitions, Fairs
• Supports product training for the dealers and end users
• Collects user data and competitors’ information, understand the customer needs.

• 通过组织田间演示，向经销商和客户展示产品特色，支持销售和市场团队提高市场占有率
• 计划和组织由公司主办的演示会，对经销商召开的演示会给予相关支持
• 支持新产品上市、展览会等市场营销活动
• 支持对经销商和最终用户的产品培训

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 year degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ag machinery operating, field service or workshop technician experience – 3-5 years required.
• Solid knowledge of Ag machinery products, local implements and agricultural conditions in different areas.
• Good inter-personal, communication, presentation & problem solving skills.
• Good command of English is preferable
• Good computer application skill
• Driving license is required

The Origins of business relations between China and companies of CNH Industrial can be traced back more than 100 years, when the first tractor was imported at the beginning of the 20th century. CNHi ’s first stable representative office was founded in Beijing in 1979.

Today, CNHi companies are present in China with several representative offices, eleven industrial bases, including four joint ventures.
CNHi’s agricultural equipment business holds leading positions in the market for high horsepower tractors, large combine harvesters, cotton pickers and sugar cane harvesters, with its two brands Case IH and New Holland Agriculture.
CNHi is also present in China’s construction equipment industry primarily through the distribution of Case Construction Equipment excavators, backhoe loaders, skid steer loaders and other equipment. Case is market leader in the backhoe and skid steer loader segments.
CNHi’s Trucks &Commercial vehicles business has three joint ventures with SAIC: a JV in Nanjing and one in Chongqing that manufacture a fully localized range of light, medium and heavy range of industrial and commercial vehicles. One more JV is present in Chongqing, with FPT Industrial, that produces heavy vehicle engine range.
