Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority:
1.Achieve the Monthly Sales & Share of Market Targets: Act as the manufacturer’s representative to support the dealership sales /Understand market segmentation, dealer coverage and the potential opportunities /Provide direction and action plans to capitalize on Share of Market objectives and compact targets /Participate in customer visits, SOE , Private and Key Account/Provide admin support for tender bids
2.Execute and communicating monthly dealership reporting process: Sales and SOM Performance and issues impacting/ Area coverage & Segment coverage and penetration/Details of competitive activities and performance
3.Marketing Planning :Assist dealer principle to develop Quarterly marketing activities calendar and link to development/ growth objectives for the brand and the region, reporting back to CNH: Align marketing activities to regional/segment priorities./Co-ordinate with CCMS marketing dept. on dealer marketing planning /Take the lead role in regional marketing events and activities
Job Requirements and qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing, Business Management and Mechanical Engineering.
2.3-5 years above experience in marketing, experienced in brand management, preferably for AG industrial products or
in mechanic industry.
3.Creative, inquisitive and accountable.
4.Good communication, leadership skills and team spirit.
5.Strategic and structural thinking, problem-solving oriented.
