Basic Function:
Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority:
Maintain correctly each invoice from vendor, employee related expense, and make sure records are accurate and traceable.
Monthly Accounts Payable and Others Payable aging report, intercompany reconciliation.
Define invoice due date according to contracts
Make Accounts Payable aging balance monthly bases
Check all suppliers activities in SAP, ensure sub-ledger in line with general ledger.
Periodical Reconciliation with suppliers.
Responsible for fixed assets recognition and booking in accounting system by manual spread sheet, make sure the fixed assets procurement process be consonant with company’s standard operation procedure.
Complete tasks assigned by managers.

Job Requirements and qualifications:
Accounting bachelor or above
Accounting certificate is required
At least 2 years’ working experience in AP, AR or GL experience is a plus
SAP System experience , Fluent in MS word, Excel
Writing and Reading proficiency in English. Speaking proficiency is a plus.
