Basic Function:
-Lead and co-ordinate China Materials team.
-Ensure correct and timely parts availability for the Chinese Market
-Ensuring full lead time orders ratios to ensure reaching the set KPI objectives for System Fill, BO Ageing, BO Lines, Inventory Turns, & individual inventory value targets
-Optimize inventory turn and obsolescence.
-Coordinate with Material Mgt of other Regions (APAC-NA-EU-LAR) to provide needed parts service
-Monitor and optimize Chinese suppliers management, on time delivery and quality performance.
-Purchase cost optimization and improvement.
-Explore opportunities of increased local sourcing.

Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority:
-Functional/scope: procurement planning, inventory management, supplier expediting, new product launches.
-Achieve and maintain national service level performance KPI's for Chinese dealers and customers.
-Achieve good inventory mix, achieving turn rate objectives and avoiding obsolescence.
-Supplier Management

Job Requirements:
-Experience in inventory planning, purchasing, forecasting or general Supply Chain expertise.
-Knowledge or expert of Forecasting/ DRP/MRP systems beneficial.
-Knowledge of CNH/Iveco system applications beneficial
-Good command of English required.
-Good communicator and able to present
-Ability to work with office software as excel, word, access, powerpoint.
-The ability and willingness to aggressively learn new things, take the extra step, bring ideas to improve processes and consistently demonstrate a “can-do” attitude is required.

CNHi’s agricultural equipment business holds leading positions in the market for high horsepower tractors, large combine harvesters, cotton pickers and sugar cane harvesters, with its two brands Case IH and New Holland Agriculture.
CNHi is also present in China’s construction equipment industry primarily through the distribution of Case Construction Equipment excavators, backhoe loaders, skid steer loaders and other equipment. Case is market leader in the backhoe and skid steer loader segments.
CNHi’s Trucks &Commercial vehicles business has three joint ventures with SAIC: a JV in Nanjing and one in Chongqing that manufacture a fully localized range of light, medium and heavy range of industrial and commercial vehicles. One more JV is present in Chongqing, with FPT Industrial, that produces heavy vehicle engine range.
