We're looking for an experienced recruiting specialist to take charge of campus and experienced employees' recruitment. You will take a key role in our HR team and report to recruitment manager. The daily tasks as following:
1)Manage recruiting tools, such as database of company, BBS and external suppliers.
2)Act daily recruitment work. Collection resume, telephone interview and assist in face to face interview.
3)Write interview report by work or excel.
4)Contact university and organize campus recruitment.
5)Take charge as project manager in campus recruitment and responsible in whole process.
6)Maintenance relationship with candidates and teachers.
7)Other daily tasks the manager required.

You'll get continue training in our company and qualified the position as:
1)Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, management, psychology is plus.
2)Good command of English, both in written and oral.
3)Smart, responsible and stable
4)More than 1year in relevant work, experienced in campus recruitment or headhunting firm is plus.
5)Could work under high pressure and strong interesting in HR work.
