职位描述：
1、根据公司特点组建优化工厂组织构架；
2、建立工厂生产整体运作等；
3、负责工厂生产的整体运营、人员布局、生产安排；
4、具有生产外贸定单（欧美）工厂管理、运营相关工作经验五年以上；
5，擅长工厂管理；
6，熟练操作各类办公软件。

The affiliated factory has 300 workers, and its major products include knitted dress and baseball caps.
