职位描述
工作内容Job Contents：
研究、了解和跟踪国内外同类室内设计在规划、设计方面的发展趋势；
Research, track the trend of interior design plan home and abroad.
协助制定工程项目的室内设计计划，完成工程项目中室内设计相关方案；
Assist project’s interior design planning, complete interior design plans.
分析和设计具体项目工程，组织运作前期规划设计，监督与管理开发过程中的设计问题；
Analyze project requirement, organize and operate pre-work of design, monitor and manage design problems during progress.
规划项目方案，进行项目协调，明确有关具体工程项目的信息指标；
Plan, coordination, and information delivery.
总体平面规划、设计具体工程项目，并提供现场工作指导、技术支持；
Overall planning, design project, and provide site supervision and technological support.
协助上级领导进行项目各阶段管理；积极主动与相关人员联系沟通，处理项目问题；
Assist leader for project management stages; proactive communication with the people you contact between projects, dealing with the problem;
指导小组设计师准备并绘制室内设计图和效果图；
Lead team designers in drawings and perspectives.
编制相关工程报告、进度对比表等；
Writing project report, schedule
组织编制设计文件、图纸；
Make design drawings and documents
编写设计说明书和图纸目录；
Writing design introduction and drawing catalog
出席工程施工协调会；
Attend site service meetings
在项目进行期间的现场指导，确保项目符合室内设计计划书；
Supervision of site service and ensure the construction in line with the plan.
配合现场施工、质量检验、竣工验收、设计回访及设计技术总结工作；
Cooperate with construction, quality checking, acceptance check, design return visit and other technical sum-up works
根据上级领导所定的设计标准，对完成的设计文件、图纸的设计质量、图面排版质量及设计计算 数据的标准化及正确性负责；
Under the leadership of design standards, be responsible for completed the design documents, drawings of design quality, surface typesetting quality and design of data standardization and correctness;
按时参加例会，向上级作好个人工作报告、及信息反馈；
Attended regular sessions, personal work reports to superior/leaders, and feedback
创作高质量的图纸、按时提交作品。
The creation of high-quality drawings, works submitted on time
任职资格Qualifications：
年龄 Age:
30岁以上。
30 years up
教育背景Education Background：
室内设计专业本科以上学历。
Degree or above of interior design
工作经验Work Experience：
8年以上室内设计工作经验，有大型工程设计经验及项目管理经验。
8 years+ interior design experience, big project and project management experience.
工作态度Work Attitude：
责任心强、吃苦耐劳，能承受一定的工作压力；
Self-motivated, hard-working, able to work under pressure;
具有良好的敬业精神和团队合作精神；

技能技巧Skills:
熟练使用AutoCAD制图、3Ds max 、Photoshop, PowerPoint等软件。

Good knowledge of interior design and related.
精通国内外室内设计行业的最新技术。
Proficient in new technology of interior design home and abroad.

To be able to grasp the design technology trends and business development, on key design technology has its own unique ideas.
熟悉设计项目结构、性质、机能、使用性，有扎实的理论基础和设计工作经验。
Familiar with project design structure, character, function, usability and have solid foundation in theory and design experience.
有很强的创造能力、拓展能力、抽象思维能力与项目管理能力。
Strong ability in creativity, imagination and project management.
有良好的现场勘测能力、对设计方案的调整能力。
Good ability of site investigation and ability of plan modification.
熟悉各类工程室内工艺及施工过程中的安全知识。
Good security knowledge of interior technique and construction.
