一、 Research Engineer - Fluid Dynamic

Job Description:
1、Provide technical leadership in the field of fluid dynamics as applied to propulsion, turbomachinery, combustion, and/or compression systems.
2、Perform as a principal investigator leading multi-disciplinary teams, identify and champion innovative technologies and capabilities, and serve as a technical resource to others by participating in technical reviews and mentoring of junior staff.
3、Enhance recognition through the writing of technical papers and support the recruitment of world-class talent .
Qualifications Required:
Ph.D in mechanical/aerospace engineering or a closely related field.
4、Experience in the application of computational fluid dynamics and analytical skills to the development of new technology.
5、Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in both China and USA.
6、Fluent English (both written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.

Senior Research–Control of Building and Energy Systems
Job Description:

? Conduct research in modeling, analysis, and control design for high performance building, HVAC, and energy systems.
? Program, develop and use of computational modeling and control design tools
? Interact with a wide group of researchers in inter-disciplinary teams and to act as the technical leader in their area of expertise within these teams
? Create new technical and project opportunities through technology leveraging, strategic partnering, and acquisition of external contracts.
? Provide timely, accurate and detailed reports and presentations.
Preferred Candidates will possess the following:
? Preferred candidates will have a PhD degree relevant experience after completion of the Ph.D.
? Demonstrated depth in model-based control design and real-time control systems
? Industrial experience in control of building, HVAC, refrigeration, fuel cell, or combustion systems
? Technical expertise in the area of model-based multivariable, nonlinear controls and estimation, dynamical and hybrid systems, optimization, diagnostics, and verification.
? Knowledge and experience in the area of real-time embedded systems is highly desirable.
? Adaptability and the ability to work in a teaming environment.
Fluent English (both written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.

? Provide expertise in heat transfer, thermodynamics and thermal management systems analysis.
? focused on new technology validation and product development.
? Control-oriented thermo-fluid system dynamic modeling, including physics-based model development, model calibration, model validation and analyses.
Qualifications Required:
? PhD degree in Mechanical experience.
? Fluent English (both written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.
? Heat transfer and two-phase flow expertise and thermodynamic cycle analytical skills.
? Experience with vapor-compression or power generation systems including related components: heat exchangers and compression technologies.
? Expertise in model development software tools like Dymola, Matlab/Simulink.
? Experience in thermo-fluid system control development

? Develop innovative modeling methods and solutions to multiple applications including modeling of building envelope, loads and HVAC systems, fault detection of the energy performance, and corrective algorithm optimization and implementation.
? Support technology demonstration of advanced building energy management systems.
? Create new technical and project opportunities through technology leveraging, strategic partnering, and acquisition of external contracts.
Qualifications Required:
? r PhD degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering professional experience.
? In-depth knowledge and experience in building energy system modeling, analysis, simulation and computation (MASC).
? Familiarity with building energy management systems.
? Field experience with implementation or monitoring of building energy management systems.
? Experience with MATLAB, TRNSYS, EnergyPlus, eQuest and Dymola
? Experience with building energy diagnostics and controls is a plus..
