岗位职责:

1、商务中心行政客服部的日常运营和管理；

2、亲和力高，形象气质好。负责电话接听，接收客户来函及收发快递，并及时予以回复（要求使用客户服务礼仪），做好相关工作跟进、回访；

3、与客户之间保持良好的沟通、协作关系；做好关键客户的商务客户接待和服务；

4、熟悉公司服务设施的位置和行政商务经营特色，以及提供各类行政商务服务和物业收费；

5、完成客服经理、主管分配的各项工作，并对商务中心进行监督及有效管理，遇事及时知会相关部门；

6、熟悉各项业务，对客户的各项合理需求进行有效处理；

招聘要求：

1、 熟练的英语读写说听能力；

2、 性格外向、聪明、乐观灵活的沟通能力；

3、 本岗位系应届毕业生岗位；

4、 公司将安排至北京培训6个月，之后可选择入职为北京或上海的管理层；
