Mission:

Follow daily order of sales and procurement, to be sure all order is delivered on time.

Deliver high quality service to customer to reach highly customer satisfaction

Responsibility and Requirement:

Daily order processing of sales and purchasing;
Check AB and maintain into SAP system.
order delivery follow up and priority management.
As contact window, must provide overall information about order status.(order acknowledgement, shipment status)
Any urgent issue like quality or price issue and other relevant notice to customers timely;
Quick respond to customer requirement and coordinate with other team in SSVF to solve problem.
Manage monthly and yearly forecast, provide purchasing forecast to supplier ,help supplier to balance production capacity
Follow up supplier ESSR performance and improvement action plan, can help supplier on raw material and production management.
Check ISSR index with customer and analysis delay reason , find out action plan if it is necessary to involve relevant dept.
Arrange yearly customer survey ( collect feedback timely)
Bachelor degree or above major in logistic or international trading or economics
1 or 2 years working experience in logistics filed is preferable
Fluent English in writing and speaking, sufficient knowledge in MS office software, knowledge or experience on SAP is preferable.
