1.负责全面管理运作港汇酒店式公寓客服团队
2.负责在岗培训多层级客服人员相关服务规范及流程
3.协作并配合保安、清洁及工程等物业服务团队
4.负责合理调整并安排各类服务内容，以全面服务好各类租户
5.上级交办的其他工作
应聘要求：
1.大专或以上学历，酒店/旅游管理专业
2.良好的英语或日语听说读写能力
3.5年或以上客服管理经验
