DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责及任务:
1.To perform the function of Customer Service Representative function by providing high quality service to our guests in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
执行客户服务代表的职能，提供客人高质量的服务确保我们的客人达到满意度最大化。
2.Selling apartment to walk in guest and through telephones as well. Answering all incoming calls within three rings and according to telephone standards.
为上门客与电话咨询的客人推销公寓。在电话响铃三声之内接听电话并且遵照电话标准接听。
3.Offering assistance to the guest for making restaurant, tour, transport reservation and other information about air line ticket,shopping,
提供客人餐厅、旅游以及交通预订方面的协助，并提供客人其他方面的信息，如：机票，购物等等。
4.Responsible for dealing with guests’ visitors and taking messages.
处理客人的访客以及留言事宜。
5.Responsible to input guest passport information to Public Security Bureau System.
将客户的护照信息输入公安局联网系统。
6.Responsible for daily issues of Business Center.
负责商务中心的一些日常事务。

QUALIFICATION任职资格:
1.Two year college with diploma, major in hotel or English.
大专文凭，酒店管理或者英语专业。
2.Good appearance.
形象佳。
3.Outgoing and easy to communicate with.
性格开朗，善于沟通。
4.Two years’ receptionist working experiences at international hotel. Familiar with Opera or Fidelio system.
两年在国际化酒店前台的工作经验，熟悉Opera或者Fidelio操作系统。
5.20-30 years old, outgoing, strong communication skill and pleasant personality.
年龄20-30岁，乐于助人，具备良好的沟通技能，性格良好。
6.Familiar with service standards of operational departments.
熟悉运作部门的服务标准。
