Job Decription:

• Lead mid and long-term planning and Periodical Supply Review
• Work with sales /inventory planning /regional supply chain to ensure demand, control WIP DOS and ensure no WIP and trim write off
• Coordinate with production team to optimize production plan according to demand
• Provide clear direction to stakeholders and drive for improvement
• Information collecting from production to maintain the good situation of the capacity. Work out process to track demand trend and prepare capacity/labor/machine and so on.
• Take leadership to help achieve good KPIs and benefit stakeholders.
• Lead the Direct Materials purchasing team to accomplish the KPIs , mainly referring to material out-of-stock target, inventory level (DOS) target, and material obsolescence rate control, to ensure materials supply to production operation upon appropriate inventory level.
• Optimize and improve purchasing procedures upon internal control and business target continuously.
• Support Global and Regional Direct Materials Sourcing team to qualify new suppliers to ensure materials supply.
• Communicate with the Procurement for PRM ordering and risk pre-notice from planning side
• Coach and monitor daily work of team, support to smoothly operate in business.
• Management performance of team by coach and develop people, and improve engagement of associate.
• Leading purchasing Lean teams (in SCM Pillar) or SAP Projects if necessary.
• Performs other assignments or special projects as requested by the planning Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree; Familiar with SAP system;
• Working experience in FMCG; At least 8 years working experiences in Planning, with Min of 5 years on Management Position;
• Manufacturing or production management background is a prefer.
• Open minded, good communication, organization & planning ability; Fast learning;
• Strong team work; Good English level both in writing & oral;
