岗位职责
1、客户来电咨询与问题解答；
2、客户质量投诉的受理和解决跟进；
3、客户档案资料的协助建立及维护，售后服务规范的提出与实施；
4、每月市场质量问题汇总提出，及问题解决跟踪；
