职位要求：
1. 2年以上网络游戏运营经验，有成功游戏或海外游戏运营经验更佳；
2. 英语口语熟练，笔译精通，会第二外语更佳；
3. 对产品方向和上线节点把控有深刻认知，精通数据分析；
4. 有较强的表达和沟通能力，有团队管理经验更佳；
5. 工作态度积极，认真负责。

职位描述：
1. 负责项目相关的运营事宜，制定产品运营计划，保证运营工作的平稳进行。
2. 推动产品质量持续改善；负责与开发团队的沟通；
3. 负责业务运营数据分析，并对产品进行规划。

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 year experience in online game operation, successful project or oversea game operation experience preferred;
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of other foreign language(s) considered a plus;
3. Good command on schedule and direction of products, expertise in data analysis;
4. Strong ability in communication, leadership experience is a plus;
5. Positive attitude toward jobs, have a sense of responsibility.

Job description:
