Main Responsibilities

· Own and drive business for the digital division, specialized in luxury/premium brand sector.
· Prepare, propose and implement business development and planning strategy; execute plan to achieve BD productivity standards; ensure annual revenue goals to be achieved.
· Optimize the BD funnel and brand visibility on all digital marketing channels.
· Initiates in the development, implementation and analysis of all BD program to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
· Gathers and reports all competitive activity and marketing research for better understanding of the industry environment and competitions particularly in digital sector. Prepare strategic assessment of key competitors; evaluate and improve return on investment.
· Develop and maintain good relations with luxury brand clients, government networks and related parties, enhance service quality, maintain customer relationship to maximize revenues.

Experience/Education Required

· Fivr or more years of relevant marketing/business planning experience from a major website/digital company.
· A record of academic and professional accomplishment represented by increasing responsibility and high performance ratings.
· Undergraduate degree in business or technical field from a recognized school required. MBA or equivalent graduate education from a top school optional.
· Strong analytical background and strong communication skills.
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required
· Strategic thinking and result-focused.
· Change management.
