Position description
The Project Manager – Local Customer Support will focus on the daily communication with customer for Solutions Projects , to Maintain Customer relationship during project execution by fulfillment of contract obligation : in time delivery; technical compliance and customer satisfaction .



Responsibilities
-Participate project internal / external Kick-off meetings
-Follow up technical documentations and visit Customers to clarify Engineering interface
-Support customer by following project delivery
-Coordinate with service and support customer during commissioning
-Keep track the payment from customer
-Record Non-conformity and work with project team for solutions
-Provide technical sales support at the pre-contract stage on request
-Communicate Customer need and knowledge in China Market to internal organization to improve Wartsila Project Management process



Requirements

Bachelor degree in Marine or Electrical & Automation Engineering
5+ years working experience
