Position Description:
- Contribute in the planning and development of marketing & communication strategy
- Organize and coordinate important business events, arrange major meetings/conferences, including receiving company visitors
- Manage media partners, outsourced vendors and work with internal team to ensure effectiveness of project operations
- Maintain a reliable network with the media and involve in media issue/crisis handling
-Worked with related functions to establish/manage/maintain Wartsila China external website and the internal intranet to enhance both external and internal communications
- Provide written and verbal translation as required, manage documentations and archives

- Has a dedicated passion for PR
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Energetic team player and proactive attitude
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing
- Familiar with MS software application
- Have good knowledge of and relationships with media
- Good at coordination, execution and multiple-task management.

Education:
-Bachelor degree or above majoring in marketing, advertising or other disciplines related.

Experience:
-About 5 years experience in marketing communication or PR field.
-Experience in PR company will be an advantage.
